一般條款及細則：

• 優惠之推廣期為2026年3月2日至2026年5月25日（包括首尾兩天） (「推廣期」)。
• 優惠適用於大華繼顯（香港）有限公司（「大華繼顯」）美股串流報價服務之現有及新訂閱客戶（「訂閲客戶」）。
• 優惠不適用於推廣期内曾終止並重新訂閱美股串流報價服務的客戶。
• 優惠不構成任何證券、金融產品或工具的要約金邀請、招攬、建議、意見或任何保證。
• 大華繼顯保留隨時暫停、更改或終止任何優惠獎賞及/或修訂其條款及細則之權利，毋須另行通知。如有任何爭議，大華繼顯保留最終解釋權及決定權。
• 若本條款及細則之中英文版本有任何歧義，概以中文版本為準。

訂閲客戶之條款及細則：

• 美股即時串流報價的服務月費為8.5美元。
• 訂閱客戶於推廣期內，於任何UTRADE交易平台完成至少一筆美股交易（以每月26日至次月25日，包括首尾兩天之「計算期」內美股買賣成交計算），則符合資格享有次月的服務費用回贈優惠。例如 ： 2026年2月26日至3月25日期間合資格的客戶，可享有2026年3月的費用回贈優惠。
• 優惠名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止。
• 訂閲客戶須以「先收後回」方式先行繳付服務費用予大華繼顯。若訂閱客戶符合優惠資格，所預繳之費用將於計算期完結後，在30天内全數回贈。
• 若訂閱客戶不符合優惠資格，大華繼顯將收取服務費用並不予任何回贈。
• 服務申請需時最少2個工作天完成，並於5個工作天內從客戶帳戶中扣除服務費用。
• 服務費用按日曆月計算，並會於每月首5個工作天內從客戶帳戶中扣除。
• 若客戶在一個月的中途開始使用服務，仍須繳付整個月份的費用，費用將於服務開啓後收取。例如：客戶於2026年3月15日開始使用服務，仍須繳付2026年3月整月的服務費用，而費用將於3月15日後扣除。
• 訂閲客戶要求終止報價服務，須於最少2個工作天前通知大華繼顯。
• 訂閲客戶如在一個月的中途終止報價服務，該月已繳付的費用不予退還；惟若客戶於相關計算期內符合優惠資格，該月費仍可獲全數回贈。

General Terms and Conditions

• The promotion period is from 2 March 2026 to 25 May 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
• This promotion is applicable to existing and new clients who subscribe to the US Real-Time Streaming Service with UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited (“UOBKH”) (the “Subscribers”).
• This promotion is not applicable to clients who have previously terminated and re-subscribed to the US Real-Time Streaming Service during the Promotion Period.
• This promotion does not constitute any offer, solicitation, recommendation, advice or guarantee of any securities, financial product or instrument.
• UOBKH reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate any offer, and/or amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
• All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of UOBKH.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions – Subscribers

• The service fee for the US Real-Time Streaming Service is USD 8.5 per month.
• During the Promotion Period, Subscribers who execute at least one US stock trade via UTRADE platforms between 26th of each month to 25th of the following month (both dates inclusive) (the “Calculation Period”), are entitled to a full rebate of the following month’s service fee. For example: Subscribers qualifying from 26 February to 25 March 2026 will be eligible to receive the service fee rebate for March 2026.
• This promotion is offered on a "first-come, first-served" basis with limited quotas, and is only available while quotas last.
• The service fee will be charged in advance. For Subscribers who are eligible for the promotion, the rebate will take place within 30 days after the end of the Calculation Period.
• Subscribers who are not eligible for the promotion will be charged the service fee, with no rebate applicable.
• Please allow at least 2 working days for the activation of streaming service.
• The service fee will be debited from the client’s account within 5 working days.
• Charges for streaming service are calculated by calendar month and will be debited from the client’s account within the first 5 working days of each month.
• If client’s subscription is activated in the middle of the month, the full service fee for the month will still be charged and be debited after the service is activated. For example: if the service is activated on 15 March 2026, the full service fee for March 2026 will still be charged and be debited from the client's account after 15 March 2026.
• Subscribers must give at least 2 working days’ notice for the termination of streaming service.
• If Subscribers terminate the service in the middle of the month, the service fee paid in advance is non-refundable;
• nonetheless, if the Subscribers are eligible for the promotion in the relevant Calculation Period, the service fee shall still be fully rebated.
