4. 新客戶透過UTRADE 以孖展認購保誠保險(認購金額 HK$25萬以下)，可享$0利息優惠。新客戶需要以「先收後回」方式先行支付利息給予本公司。已預繳之利息將60日內回贈。
5. 舊客戶於透過UTRADE 以現金認購保誠保險，亦可享$0認購手續費優惠。
6. 優惠只適用於只使用電子賬單之客戶。
7. 本行保留隨時暫停、更改或終止任何優惠獎賞及/或修訂其條款及細則之權利，毋須另行通知。如有任何爭議，本行保留最終解釋權及決定權。若本條款及細則之中英文版本有任何歧義，概以中文版本為準。

Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion starts from now till 24 September 2021. (Promotion Period)
2. New clients refer to clients who do not own any UOB Kay Hian accounts in the past 12 months and have successfully opened an account within the promotion period.
3. New clients who subscribe Prudential with Cash via UTRADE, can enjoy the waiver of subscription fee.
4. New clients who subscribe Prudential with Margin (application amount below HK$250,000) via UTRADE within 2 calendar month after they have successfully opened an account, can enjoy $0 interest; customers are required to pay all the interest first. The interest paid will be reimbursed in 60 days.
5. Existing clients who subscribe Prudential with Cash via UTRADE, can also enjoy the waiver of subscription fee.
6. Qualified clients must subscribe to e-statement service only.
7. UOB Kay Hian reserves the rights to suspend, change or terminate any offers, and/or amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of UOB Kay Hian. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
