- Only contracts executed with UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited via UTRADE trading platforms including UTRADE Web/ UTRADE HK Mobile/ UTRADE HK for US Markets/ UTRADE Futures/ UTRADE HK for Futures/ UTRADE Stock Options between 1 December 2018 and 28 February 2019 (the promotion period) are qualified for the lucky draw.
- Every client who has attended our seminars during the promotion period is given 1 chance in the lucky draw per seminar.
- Every contract executed via UTRADE trading platforms including UTRADE Web/ UTRADE HK Mobile/ UTRADE HK for US Markets/ UTRADE Futures/ UTRADE HK for Futures/ UTRADE Stock Options during the promotion period represents 5 chances in the lucky draw.

Rebates will be credited into qualified accounts within 60 days after the last qualifying trade date.
- Account executives and staff of UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited and its affiliates do not qualify for this promotion.
- Winners will be picked randomly by computerized means in the presence of an auditor. If UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited subsequently determines that a winner is not eligible for any reason, UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited reserves the right to replace him/her with a replacement winner in the reserve list.
- Winners will be notified via post one week after the lucky draw.
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable to cash or may not be exchanged in any format.
- For the winners of Special Prize, a maximum of HKD 1,000 commission will be rebated against contracts executed with UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited via UTRADE Web/ UTRADE HK Mobile/ UTRADE HK for US Markets/ UTRADE Futures/ UTRADE HK for Futures/ UTRADE Stock Options between 1 April and 31 May 2019. Rebates will be credited into winners' accounts within 60 days after the last qualifying trade date.
- UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited is not the supplier of the other prizes and shall not be responsible for any liabilities in relation thereto. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality of the other prizes shall be directed to the relevant supplier.
- Other prizes must be collected from the Central office of UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited on or before 31 May 2019 on appointment basis. Subsequent transportation of prizes will be at the sole responsibility of winners. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited with no compensation provided to winners.
- Delinquent and/ or suspended accounts will not be eligible to participate in any promotion.
- UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage arising in connection with promotions.
- The draw will be executed on 22 March, 2019.
- The list of winners will be posted on Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 29 March 2019.

- This Terms and Conditions has been translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
