一般條款及細則:

• 優惠之推廣期為2025年9月15日至2026年3月31日（包括首尾兩天） (「推廣期」)。
• 所有優惠只適用於推廣期內於大華繼顯期貨(香港)有限公司 (「大華繼顯」)成功開立香港期貨「一開三」戶口的新客戶（需符合固有客戶資格）；享有經紀服務的客戶並不適用於此優惠。
• 新客戶是指不使用經紀服務並在網上自助交易及在過去12個月內未曾持有大華繼顯香港期貨「一開三」戶口之客戶。
• 新客戶若在開戶後6個日曆月內取消賬戶或把任何香港期貨轉到其他金融機構，大華繼顯將從該香港期貨「一開三」戶口收取所有已被豁免及已回贈的費用，而毋須另行通知。
• 本優惠不構成任何證券、金融產品或工具的要約、邀請、招攬、建議、意見或任何保證。
• 大華繼顯保留隨時暫停、更改或終止任何優惠獎賞及/或修訂其條款及細則之權利，毋須另行通知。如有任何爭議，大華繼顯保留最終解釋權及決定權。若本條款及細則之中英文版本有任何歧義，一概以中文版本為準。

1. 香港期貨合約交易HK$0佣金及HK$200 HKTVmall電子禮券之條款及細則

• 新客戶成功開立香港期貨「一開三」戶口後，可享有首個日曆月指定香港期貨合約交易HK$0佣金優惠，及獲得HK$200 HKTVmall電子禮券1張。
• HK$0佣金優惠只適用於以UTRADE交易平台之香港期貨「一開三」合約交易；以電話或透過經紀下單之交易佣金將不會被豁免。
• 免佣期1個月是指由成功開戶日起計的1個日曆月。例如成功開戶日為2025年9月15日，優惠期即會在2025年9月30日完結。
• 如成功開戶日為該月15日後，免佣期將延至下一個日曆月的最後一日。例如成功開戶日為2025年9月16日，優惠期即會在2025年10月31日完結。
• 客戶需要以「先收後回」方式先行支付佣金給予大華繼顯。所預繳之買入佣金將於免佣期完結後，在60天內全數一次性回贈（自有效推廣期結束後的次日起計算）。
• HK$200 HKTVmall電子禮券將於成功開戶日起計的60天內，通過電郵發送至客戶提供的有效登記電郵地址。
• 客戶須確保所提供的電郵地址有效且正確。大華繼顯並不負責任何傳送失敗之電郵，以及電子禮券銷售或售後等任何產品或服務。
• 優惠期屆滿後，每宗合約交易將收取標準之佣金費用。
• 合資格新客戶仍須繳付其他交易費用，包括但不限於政府印花稅、交易徵費、交易費、中央結算費等。

2. 推薦計劃之條款及細則

• 現有大華繼顯期貨(香港)有限公司或大華繼顯(香港)有限公司客戶（「推薦人」）每成功推薦一位新客戶（「被推薦人」），且被推薦人於開戶申請時正確提供推廣代碼「333F+推薦人賬戶號碼」（例如：333F+999996-001），推薦人可獲得HK$200 HKTVmall電子禮券1張。
• 被推薦人須成功開立香港期貨「一開三」戶口，方視為成功推薦。
• HK$200 HKTVmall電子禮券將於成功開戶日起計的60天內，通過電郵發送至客戶提供的有效登記電郵地址。
• 客戶須確保所提供的電郵地址有效且正確。大華繼顯並不負責任何傳送失敗之電郵，以及電子禮券銷售或售後等任何產品或服務。

Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

• The promotion period is from 15 September 2025 to 31 March 2026, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period").
• The offers are only applicable to new clients who have successfully opened a HK Futures “1 Split Into 3” Account with UOB Kay Hian Futures (Hong Kong) Limited ("UOBKH") during the Promotion Period (should be qualified as an established client). Clients who are tagged with an Account Executive are not eligible for the offers.
• New clients refer to clients who did not subscribe to any Account Executive Services, made self-service trades online and did not open a HK Futures “1 Split Into 3” Account with UOBKH in the past 12 months.
• If clients terminate their accounts, withdraw account and/or transfer any HK futures holdings to other financial institutions within 6 calendar months after the HK Futures “1 Split Into 3” Account is opened, all rebates or fee waivers will be debited from the client's accounts without prior notice.
• This promotion does not constitute any offer, solicitation, recommendation, advice or guarantee of any securities, financial product or instrument.
• UOBKH reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate any offer, and/or amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of UOBKH. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

1. Terms and Conditions - HK$0 Commission Fee for trades in HK Futures Contract and HK$200 HKTVmall e-voucher

• New clients who successfully open a HK Futures "1 Split Into 3" Account are eligible to enjoy a HK$0 commission fee offer on trades in specific HK Futures Contract for the first calendar month and receive a HK$200 HKTVmall e-voucher.
• HK$0 commission fee offer is only applicable to trades in HK Futures "1 Split Into 3" Contract placed via any UTRADE platforms. Commission for trades placed via phone calls or Account Executives will not be waived.
• This promotion is valid for 1 calendar month from the successful account opening date. For example, if the successful account opening date is on 15 September 2025, the HK$0 commission offer promotion will end on 30 September 2025.
• If the account opening date is after the 15th, HK$0 commission fee offer period extends to the last day of the next calendar month. For example, if the successful account opening date is on 16 September 2025, the HK$0 commission offer promotion will end on 31 October 2025.
• Clients are required to pay all commission fees and the reimbursement will take place in 1 pay-out within 60 days (Starting from the day after the valid Promotion Period).
• HK$200 HKTVmall e-voucher will be sent via email to the valid registered email address provided by the client within 60 days from the successful account opening date.
• Clients must ensure that the email address provided is valid and correct. UOBKH is not responsible for any email delivery failures, nor for any products or services related to the sale or after-sales of e-vouchers.
• Upon completion of the promotional period, a standard commission fee per contract transaction will be charged.
• Eligible New Clients are still required to pay other charges including but not limited to Stamp Duty, Transaction Levy, Transaction Fees, CCASS Fees etc.

2. Terms and Conditions - Referral Program

• For each successful referral of a new client ("Referee") by an existing UOB Kay Hian Futures (Hong Kong) Limited or UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited client ("Referrer"), where the Referee accurately provides the promotional code "333F + referrer’s account number " (e.g., 333F+999996-001) during the account opening application, the Referrer shall be entitled to a HK$200 HKTVmall e-voucher.
• The Referee must successfully open a HK Futures “1 Split Into 3” Account to be deemed successful.
• HK$200 HKTVmall e-voucher will be sent via email to the valid registered email address provided by the client within 60 days from the successful account opening date.
• Clients must ensure that the provided email address is valid and correct. UOBKH is not responsible for any email delivery failures, nor for any products or services related to the sale or after-sales of e-vouchers.
