5. 優惠只適用於只使用電子賬單之客戶。
6. 本行保留隨時暫停、更改或終止任何優惠獎賞及/或修訂其條款及細則之權利，毋須另行通知。如有任何爭議，本行保留最終解釋權及決定權。若本條款及細則之中英文版本有任何歧義，概以中文版本為準。

Terms and Conditions:

2. New clients who apply IPO with Cash through UTRADE HK Mobile can enjoy the waiver of subscription fee ; customers are required to pay all the subscription fees first. The subscription fees paid will be reimbursed in 60 days.
3. New clients who apply IPO with Margin (application amount below HK$250,000) through UTRADE HK Mobile can enjoy $0 interest; customers are required to pay all the interest first. The interest paid will be reimbursed in 60 days.
4. New clients refer to clients who do not own any UOB Kay Hian accounts in the past 12 months.
5. Qualified clients must subscribe to e-statement service only.
6. UOB Kay Hian reserves the rights to suspend, change or terminate any offers, and/or amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of UOB Kay Hian. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
